About

BRAINER is a new breed of online magazine. We’re about bold, pithy prose; innovative, stimulating design; passionate, creative expression. Based in London, Brainer is dedicated to featuring the best the art and music worlds have to offer, whether it be classic and timeless, or new and electrifying.

BRAINER is original features, in-depth interviews, extensive reviews, previews, profiles, and columns and blogs brimming with wit and commentary. Doing away with the transient nature of today’s online magazines and blogs, we aim to provide lasting, well thought-out copy that is entertaining, informative, and most of all, stunningly presented. Forget about genre-separation. Audiences have never been more eclectic in their tastes, and we seek to reflect that. Our curation has no pattern. The only thing our feature subjects have in common, is a passion for what they do, a desire to break with convention, and a will to inspire with positivity.

BRAINER is a close collective of writers, artists, designers and photographers. A collective dedicated to interacting personally and directly with its audience, to producing stimulating content that pushes boundaries and encourages thought. More than anything, Brainer is dedicated to its readers. Readers with a deep hunger for something different. A hunger for something that isn’t a no-brainer.

BRAINER. It’s an exploration in sight & sound.
