FELT 3.

Ladies and gentlemen, Felt is back.

That's right, Slug of Atmosphere and Murs of Living Legends are just about ready to unleash their third album under the name Felt. In 2002, Felt's debut - 'A Tribute To Christina Ricci' - was produced by The Grouch (from Living Legends). Three years later, Slug's other-Atmosphere-half, Ant, took control of production duties for 'A Tribute To Lisa Bonet'. Now, it's gritty rapper/producer Aesop Rock's turn in the beat lab. In are the Def Jukie's staccato drum snippets. The dark, edgy melodies. Out are Ant's soulful vocal samples and warm basslines. 'A Tribute To Rosie Perez' looks set to be an entirely different beast, but equally as satisfying as each record that came before it.

Have a listen to a couple of songs over at Rhymesayers HERE, and download 'Felt Chewed Up' HERE.

'Felt 3: A Tribute To Rosie Perez' drops November 16th on Rhymesayers, and will be reviewed at a future date. Oh yes.

EDIT. The entire album is available to stream on Myspace!
