GRAFFOMAT: A GRAFFITI WRITER’S DREAM.
Not entirely sure how legit this product is – but hey, it’s fun to dream.
Welcome to the exciting and controversial world that is Graffomat. A proposed, state of the art graffiti supplies vending machine! Stocking everything a graffiti writer could possibly need on a creative expedition, including markers, paints, caps, gloves AND ski masks.
Perplexed? A little intrigued? Why don’t I let this nifty viral advertisement fill in the gaps.
Fact or fiction I’m excited just contemplating a world where these vending machines could operate and exist without pressure from the government and local authorities - of course that would also be a world where graffiti was widely accepted and respected by the powers that be and that battle’s been going on near enough 50 years. A nice idea, but sadly a concept I don’t see coming to fruition, certainly not in this country anyway.
The question also begs to be asked – if Graffomat was given the green light, realistically how long would it last before kids either A) tagged all over the machine or B) toppled it, broke in and stole all the merchandise…? Just sayin.
