SKEPTIKAL.

So this is the homie The Last Skeptik:

Skeppy's a London based producer and deejay who has been a staple of the UK hip-hop scene for quite some time now. He's worked with the likes of Jehst, Sway and Kyza, and as a DJ, the guy has shared the stage with people like Damon Albarn, Zero 7 and Kano. Pretty good going huh?

Anyway, dude has been pretty busy of late. The fruit of his labours? This:

Which arrived on my desk this morning. 'Same Day Different Sh*t' is Skeptik's new remix album, which boasts reworkings of a diverse range of artists, all tied together with the London beat monger's trademark bombastic drummery. Personally, I'm a little partial to the remix of Joe Budden and The Game's 'The Future', but the opening track - Marina And The Diamonds' 'Mowgli's Road' - is just as fly. Which is probably why Huw Stephens and Rob Da Bank have spun it numerous times on their Radio One shows. Check it out:

The whole shebang is produced by Skeptik (apart from a couple which are co-produced with Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly.), and it drops 5th April. For FREE. Nada. Zippo. Make sure you check it out.

For more on Skeptik, you can head over to his MYSPACE. You can catch him playing at fabric next Friday alongside DJ Babu (Dilated Peoples), The Nextmen and more.
